the food was fab and the staff were amiable and efficient. the location was exceptionally nice, short walk to both the sea front and the main social hub of the town, and the square where the stage is situated, in a nice enough area.

The view from the balcony was straight vibing, with waves crashing and setting the mood for some epic beach time. Plus, the owner was super chill and didn't kill our vibes. We were stoked to have a cafe right below where we could fuel up for the adventures ahead #breakfastgoals.
The only thing we wished for was a lit party scene nearby. We're young and ready to turn up, but the area was more chill vibes than wild nights.

Perfect for sunbathing with a front row seat to the beach! They even have a flat-screen TV in the bar-cafeteria, so you can watch your favorite shows while sipping on a cocktail. Can't beat the stunning sea views!
Absolutely loved the fact that no pets or service animals are allowed at this property. Who needs the company of furry friends anyway?

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Pension La Gaviota in Playa de Santiago. The hotel's decoration had a lovely, homely charm that made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The general areas were well-maintained and had a cozy atmosphere. As a senior woman, I truly appreciated the hotel's accessibility. It was conveniently located near the beach, allowing me to take pleasant walks and enjoy the soothing sound of the waves. Additionally, the proximity to cafes and restaurants made it easy for me to find delicious meals without having to travel far.
If I were to suggest one improvement for a better vacation experience for senior people, I would prefer to have assistance readily available from the staff, especially when issues arise. It would have been helpful to have a dedicated staff member on hand to address any concerns or problems during my stay.

The view from the balcony of the room was absolutely stunning, with the soothing sound of the sea creating a peaceful atmosphere. The accommodation may be basic, but it was clean and well-maintained. Located conveniently near supermarkets and restaurants, it offered good value for the price. Despite being close to amenities, there was minimal noise disturbance. I highly recommend this hotel for a budget-friendly stay.

The location of this hotel could not be better! It is right on the waterfront, offering stunning views and easy access to the beach. the check-in process was smooth and we were provided with all the necessary information remotely. The shower in the room was hot and powerful, which was exactly what we needed after a long day of exploring.
There was a slight inconvenience during check-in as we had to wait for the keys while the person in charge was doing grocery shopping. The room itself was quite small, but it was clean and well-maintained.

This pension is perfectly located right next to the cafe and on the seafront, offering a stunning view of the ocean. the rooms are clean and well, kept, with light blue painted walls that add a nice touch. the check, in and check, out process is seamless, making it convenient.
There are no cooking facilities or a fridge in the rooms, which might be inconvenient for those who want to cook or store food.
